Systems Engineer – M365 & CMMC Compliance

G6 Technologies is a Microsoft Solutions Partner supporting government contractors and SMBs across the DC Metro region. As we grow our CMMC advisory practice, we’re looking for a sharp Systems Engineer who lives at the intersection of M365 administration and cybersecurity compliance.

Requirements

• Administer M365 tenants (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Defender)
• Implement NIST 800-171 / CMMC Level 2 controls for DoD contractor clients
• Support C3PAO assessments — SSPs, POA&Ms, evidence packages
• Advise on GCC vs. GCC High licensing and migrations
• Conduct compliance gap analyses and build remediation roadmaps

What we are looking for

• 4+ years M365 admin experience (MSP or DoD environment preferred)
• Hands-on CMMC 2.0 / NIST 800-171 knowledge
• Experience supporting compliance audits and documentation
• Microsoft certs a plus: MS-102, SC-300, SC-200, AZ-500
• CMMC CCP/CCA or Security+ strongly preferred
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder (CUI access required)
