Position: Tier 2 Support Engineer
Responsibilities: As a Tier 2 Support Engineer at G6 Technologies, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure AD, M365, Intune, and full-stack Microsoft Defender.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 support and other teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
- Provide expert-level support to end-users, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Azure AD, M365, Intune, and full-stack Microsoft Defender.
- Proven experience in a Tier 2 support role, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
